Metalloinvest nets US$750m PXF

Mining group metalloinvest has signed a US$750m dual-tranche pre-export finance facility with a club of international banks. The deal comprises a US$600m five-year tranche with a two-year grace period and a US$150m seven-year tranche with a five-year grace period. Both tranches have floating interest rates linked to Libor and will be redeemed in equal monthly instalments. Bank of China, INC, Sberbank Europe, Societe Generate and UniCredit Bank Austria acted as coordinators and bookrunners.
