Geneva-based multi-utility service industriels de ceneve (SIG) last Thursday returned to the markets after 17 years with a new SFr150m 10-year. The last time the municipal-owned issuer was in the public markets was in 1997, and its last outstanding bond matured in 2006. The new debt will be used to recapitalise its pension fund, retire some maturing bank loans and for general corporate purposes.
