Car distribution company moto-pfohe eood signed €80m of senior secured term and revolving credit facilities, led by BNPParibas and UniCredit Bulbank. The three-year financing comprises a €40m term loan and a €40m revolver that includes an accordion feature giving an option to increase the facility by up to €20m. Syndication was launched in April and closed oversubscribed with the participation of eight banks. BNP Paribas and UniCredit Bulbank were bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, while Commerzbank, ING and Societe Generale Expressbank were mandated lead arrangers. United Bulgarian Bank was lead arranger, Cibank was arranger and Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) was a participant.
