Consolidated precision products, a specialist in high-precision, geometrically complex aerospace components and sub-assemblies, has launched a US$852m deal through UBS that reprices the company's existing first-lien debt, provides a first-lien add-on term loan and refinances the existing second-lien term facility. The deal is split between a US$125m revolver, a US$529m first-lien term loan (TL), a US$65m first-lien add-on term loan and a US$133m second-lien term loan.
