Canadian-based gold miner endeavour mining corp renewed its existing US$350m revolver, extending the maturity of the loan to March 2020. The new financing removes near-term repayments due in 2016 and 2017, with no scheduled repayments for around 3.5 years. The bank syndicate includes existing lenders BNP Paribas, ING, Societe Generate, UniCredit, with Investec also joining the lending group on the renewed facility. The financing pays a margin of between 375bp and 575bp over Libor, depending on net debt to Ebitda.
