The international bank of azerbaijan has mandated Citigroup, Raiffeisen Bank International, UBS and VTB Capital to arrange a series of investor meetings in Europe to establish the bank's debut ECP programme. The roadshow begins on February 4. IBA is rated Ba3 positive by Moody's and BB stable by Fitch.
