Carnegie and Nordea have exercised the full greenshoe for the IPO of trading group volati, increasing the proceeds from the all-primary offering to SKrl.21bn (US$132m). The free-float increases to 27.7% from 25.9%. The company placed 18.965m new shares at a fixed price of SKr58 per share, with around 58% of the offering taken up by cornerstone commitments from Didner & Gerge Fonder, the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, Handelsbanken Fonder and Peter Lindell.
