Brick maker wienerbercer has signed a €150m, eight-year loan as part of the gradual reorientation of its financing structure. The loan, which is for general corporate purposes, pays an all-in interest rate of 1.22%, of which 95% is fixed and 5% is variable. Raiffeisen Bank International was coordinating mandated lead arranger and facility agent on the club loan while Erste Group Bank, KBC Bank, SEB and Unicredit Bank Austria also participated.
