Saudi Arabia's acwa power has mandated Jefferies as global coordinator and sole structuring adviser for fixed income meetings along with Citi, CCB Singapore, Mizuho and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers and bookrunners. The roadshow will visit the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, commencing November 23 and is due to finish December 1. The issuer will consider a benchmark US dollar senior secured 144A/Reg S bond offering with expected investment grade ratings from two international ratings agencies.
