Orascom hotels & development has signed a SFr228.67m (US$235.1m) refinancing with its banks, in line with the Central Bank of Egypt's efforts to support the tourism industry. The refinancing involves the postponement of principal repayments over the next three years and interest payments for full-year 2016, with an option to postpone interest payments for full-year 2017.
