SNCF Reseau made its debut in the Green bond market on Thursday, joining the growing number of public-sector borrowers to issue in the format as they seek to broaden their investor bases and fund eligible projects. The French agency, which owns and manages French railway infrastructure, attracted over €1.35bn of demand for the €900m 15-year benchmark that priced at the tight end of guidance.
