Nervousness has crept into the European IPO market after a series of cancelled deals over the past two weeks.Last week saw two deals cancelled at the end of bookbuilding, another restructured in order to attract sufficient demand and a fourth opt not to begin bookbuilding. That three of these were UK companies led to some snap judgements that the IPO market is closing as the country plots its course out of the EU.
