A string of financial trades is expected to join a jumbo deal from teva pharmaceutical this week, driving up weekly primary volumes in the US high-grade market to around US$30bn-$35bn, bankers predict. This comes after a lacklustre week for the asset class, which saw supply reach just US$18.8bn, after blackout restrictions kept borrowers largely sidelined. But strong inflows into investment-grade funds amid a broader risk-on tone bode well for issuers readying deals.
