JP Morgan chief executive Jamie Dimon stepped out as the champion of big banks and warned Wall Street firms could lose out to Chinese rivals if regulators and politicians succeed in cutting the biggest firms down in size. Dimon warned of the threat of over-regulation on the heels of the first in a series of symposia spearheaded by Minneapolis Federal Reserve president Neel Kashkari, who wants to tackle the threat to so-called "too big to fail" banks, including potentially limiting their size. But Dimon came out fighting.
