Electricity generation company teollisuuden voima has signed a €1.3bn revolver to refinance its existing revolver that was originally agreed in March 2011. The financing comprises a €lbn five-year tranche and a €300m three-year tranche. Both tranches have two one-year extension options. The facility, which is for general corporate purposes, will serve as TVO's core relationship facility. The financing was coordinated by BNP Paribas, Nordea, Pohjola Bank and SEB. The facility closed oversubscribed with a total of 11 Nordic and international banks committing to the deal.
