Croatia has announced its intention to raise euros as the sovereign looks to print a bond with a maturity of around 12 to 15 years. The sovereign's adviser, Lazard, had been exploring the idea of a 20-year bond with a partial credit guarantee from the World Bank, as well as other credit-enhancement structures.
