LOSING THEIR CRIP Pirelli prices its much-anticipated return to the Milan stock exchange on Friday in a deal that could raise €3.3bn. The Italian tyre-maker was taken private just two years ago by a consortium led by ChemChina, Rosneft and Pirelli's boss Marco Tronchetti. Now they are looking to partially cash out by selling 40% of the company - at a substantial premium to what they paid back in 2015.
