Lenders await September deal flurry

Around €8.5bn of loans are set to launch for syndication in Europe's leveraged loan market in September as lenders get ready to hit the ground running following the summer break. The flurry of deals is a continuation of the event-driven deal flow that first picked up in June 2017, much to the relief of bankers and investors, after a splurge of refinancings and repricings plagued the market from September 2016.
