Arena hospitality completed its K788.36m (US$119m) re-IPO last Thursday, the largest marketed fundraising by a Croatian company since 2007. Pricing came at K425 from a range of K400-K500, with interest coming from across Europe in the Reg S follow-on. The bulk of demand, however, was local, accounting for around 80% of a book of more than 60 lines, but with support from Scandinavian and Balkan accounts and a few US offshore funds. The roadshow had travelled to London, Vienna, Stockholm and Ljubljana, with investors in France, Denmark and the US dealt with through conference calls.
