WITH PARIS HOPING to exploit Brexit and boost its standing as a global financial centre, it's little surprise that tensions are running high in the run-up to the French presidential election. Emmanuel Macron, the centrist former Rothschild partner, is the banker's choice, a position that should guarantee him 1% of the vote. Like a political Jay Z, he may have some problems but the liberal elite ain't one.
