WORLD OMNI struggled to get a new prime auto loan ABS deal over the line last Wednesday, a rare setback for an experienced bond issuer that could have an impact on the whole sector. Pricing levels on the US$1bn bond were revised wider multiple times after the deal began pre-marketing roughly a week earlier, according to two investors, a banker, and documents seen by IFR.
