DAMAC REAL ESTATE capped a roadshow that encompassed Asia, the Middle East and London with a new US$500m five-year sukuk. The UAE property developer's April 2019s opened on Monday bid at 101, or a yield of 4.44%, and Damac started marketing the new April 2022s in the mid 6% area. That meant the issuer was offering a pick-up of around 200bp for a three-year extension.
