CBA makes Green debut

Two Green bond debutants took year-to-date Green issuance from Australian credits up to A$2.3bn-equivalent - well above the annual totals in each of the previous three years. Last Tuesday, commonwealth bank of australia (Aa2/AA-/AA-) raised A$650m, an Australian financial institution's largest yet, with a self-led dual-tranche five-year Climate Bond Initiative-certified print.
