Credit Bank of Moscow eyes loan market

Credit bank of moscow is in the market for an internationally syndicated loan, making it the first Russian investment bank to tap the international loan market in over a year. The loan is likely to have a maturity of one year and is expected to close by the end of March. Credit Bank of Moscow repaid its last internationally syndicated loan, which totalled US$500m and was arranged by joint coordinators Commerzbank and ING in 2014. That loan had two tranches - a US$250m one-year facility that matured in March 2015 and a US$250m 18-month facility that matured in September 2015. The loans paid margins of 175bp and 195bp over Libor, respectively.
