Hygiene products maker Ontex will fund its around €286m acquisition of the personal hygiene business of Brazil's Hypermarcas with new debt facilities. The company said that it had full support from its lending banks for the new loans. At completion, Ontex expects net debt to last 12 months adjusted Ebitda to be in the range of 3.2 times to 3.4 times. This is expected to reduce to around 3.0 times by the end of 2017 through continued cash generation.
