Santander skips sterling with dollar-only Holmes

SANTANDER UK sold the first UK RMBS since the break on Thursday but chose to avoid a sterling market which had widened sharply before the summer lull and instead raised over US$lbn from two US dollar tranches. The deal is its second of 2018, following a March new issue which included a sterling tranche alongside two dollar ones.
