China Tower wins global backing

CHINA TOWER has raised HK$54.3bn (US$6.92bn) from a Hong Kong IPO after pricing the world's biggest listing in two years at the bottom of its target range in an effort to lure global institutional investors. The mobile phone infrastructure company sold 43.1bn shares, or 25% of the enlarged share capital, at the bottom of the HK$1.26-$1.58 price range.
