Atlantis Resort tests appetite with huge bond sale

Bond investors are being pitched a huge slice of Paradise Island's Atlantis Resort, a beachfront property in the Bahamas that was once controlled by Donald Trump. The resort owners are looking to the commercial mortgage bond market to borrow US$1.2bn through a bond sale, led by Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, that will refinance old 2014 debt.
