Danske bank was forced to put its debut senior non-preferred issue on hold last week, blaming documentation issues for putting the trade, the first from Denmark in the format, on hold. While the move initially attracted criticism from bankers away from the deal -earning it the "senior non-prepared" label - it subsequently transpired that other factors may have been to blame.
