The bank's structured finance team was singled out for its strong performance in its annual results, but last month it received a less envious accolade after three of its members were disciplined for failing to complete required "eLearning modules" - computer-based training programmes designed to keep employees up to-date on the latest procedures to avoid trivial stuff such as money laundering and financing terrorists.
