India's private sector finance companies are lining up share sales totalling at least Rs485bn (US$7.6bn) for the first half of the year, looking to take advantage of buoyant markets to boost capital. Among the transactions are the biggest listings on record for an Indian bank and a securities firm, as well as a trio of jumbo share sales from the HDFC Group.
