IT and business services company TRIFORK'S cornerstone-backed Copenhagen IPO was covered in just over two hours last Monday morning. Pricing is fixed at DKr150 per share, with 7.1m shares on offer in the base for a deal size of DK1.1bn (US$174m). More than half is covered by five cornerstone investors that are putting in DKr600m, as announced on May 4 at the beginning of pre-marketing. Norwegian investor Ferd will buy DKr270m, Danish investment companies Chr Augustinus Fabrikker and Danica Pension will each buy DKr115m and funds managed by I&T Asset Management and Spar Nord Bank are in for DKr50m each. There are also a number of anchor orders in the book. The bulk of the deal is secondary, with 6.17m shares on offer from CEO and co-founder Jorn Larsen, co-founder Kresten Krab Thorup (now of Humio) and GRO Holding for a total of approximately DKr925m. Larsen owns 23.98％, GRO Holding has 20.2％ and Thorup owns 17.6％. Primary proceeds of DKr141m will be used to expand Trifork through acquisitions, as well as to increase investments in other companies and for general corporate purposes. Approximately 940,000 primary shares are on offer.
