Shares in IT and business services company TRIFORK rose 17% on their Copenhagen trading debut last Thursday after wrapping up a DKr1.1bn (US$175m) IPO on Wednesday. Shares were offered in the IPO at fixed pricing of DKr150 each and closed on debut at DKr175.60. By last Friday at 3pm in London shares were higher, at about DKr184. The float saw 9,000 investors become Trifork shareholders, with 10% of the offering allocated to retail investors. Carnegie, Credit Suisse and Danske Bank were joint bookrunners. Trifork said the float attracted substantial interest from retail investors and Danish and international institutions. The final book was significantly oversubscribed with 150 institutions involved. The top 10 orders took around 70% of the book and the top 20 orders took around 80%, excluding retail orders. The high level of concentration can be partly explained by cornerstone coverage that was already in place. About 30% of the book was zeroed. A total of 6.2m existing shares were sold by GRO Holding, co-founder Kresten Krab Thorup, co-founder and CEO Jorn Larsen and other shareholders for proceeds of DKr925m. A primary raise of DKr141m comprised 940,233 new shares.
