Trio on A$2bn TLB for Vocus Group buy

Sponsors of a takeover offer for Australian telecoms company VOCUS CROUP have mandated three banks to arrange a term loan B of around A$2bn (US$1.55bn). Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Natixis are arranging the financing backing the takeover offer for Vocus from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and Aware Super. Syndication for the TLB is expected at a later stage.
