Belarusian food retailer EUROTORC will hold calls for a US dollar five-year bond, with the sovereign in the spotlight following the imposition of sanctions from Western powers. The privately owned company's new bond, which Fitch says will be for about US$300m, is expected to appear after the early deadline of October 14 for an any-and-all tender offer on its 8.75% 2022s and consent solicitation. That consent request is to allow for the early redemption of the notes.
