Mongolia wins Western support

The GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA made a rousing return to the US dollar bond market on Monday as it cut its interest costs and dealt with near-term maturities. The B2/B/B rated frontier sovereign sold US$600m 5.5-year 5.125% bonds at 98.823 to yield 5.375%, inside initial guidance of the 5.75% area.
