Deutsche boosts DCM with four hires

DEUTSCHE BANK has added four new members to its European debt capital markets syndicate and origination team, according to an internal memo seen by IFR. Adnan Dajani has joined the German bank from Nomura to focus on financial institutions syndicate as well as having responsibilities for emerging markets financials. Dajani reports to Ade Ademakinwa, who returned to Deutsche Bank in 2019 to head up the European financial institutions debt syndicate. Bharat Kumar has joined the capital solutions team to help with capital solutions and financial institutions efforts across the UK, Nordic and EMEA regions. Kumar, who was previously at HSBC, reports to Boris Kopp, who heads the capital solutions and sustainable financing group.
