Retail REIT frey is targeting €161.5m proceeds from a capital increase, with proceeds to part-finance several projects in its development portfolio. The fundraising is already assured, with subscription commitments from existing shareholders and a new investor covering the entire capital increase. Frey will offer 5.38m shares on a 2-for-7 basis at €30, a 10.86% discount to TERP of €33.656, based on the €34.70 close on Monday.
