BUD LIGHT Anheuser-Busch InBev will be hoping it's a case of second time lucky as it wraps the HK$38bn (US$4.8bn) spin-off of its Asia-Pacific business on Monday. Investors baulked at the valuation the brewer was seeking when it last tried to sell shares in July. Though smaller this time round, thanks mainly to the US$1 lbn sale of its Australia business to Asahi, the Belgian brewer is puzzlingly trying to push an even higher valuation.
