IT'S ALL CHANGE at the top of UBS, where Sergio Ermotti seems to have responded to criticism that he doesn't have a decent succession plan in place by hiring one of the most overtly ambitious men in financial services. More political than Boris Johnson and more determined to win than Ben Stokes, Iqbal Khan has arrived as co-head of wealth management at UBS - which presumably is bad news for his fellow co-head Tom Naratil.
