citigroup is encouraging more of its traders to take periods of unpaid extended leave so they can recharge their batteries, travel or spend time with their family. The US bank has long offered extended leave to staff, but Conor Davis, head of EMEA investor sales, sent a memo to trading and sales staff on Thursday encouraging them to take it up.
