Bahraini lender bbk is seeking shareholder approval to issue bonds of up to US$700m. The bank is looking for sign off on an issue with an intermediate maturity. BBK sold a USS400m 3.50% March 2020 note in 2015. The bonds, which have been partially redeemed, are bid at 5.39%, according to Tradeweb.
