London court orders Galapagos stay

A London judge ruled last week that a High Court restructuring involving German heat exchange manufacturer calapacos cannot continue while a court in Germany has jurisdiction over the case. Private equity firm Triton, which bought Galapagos in 2014, is attempting to restructure the firm's debt.
