Australia remains the third largest issuer of Green bonds in the Asia-Pacific region, behind China and Japan, and has plenty of scope for further growth, according to a pair of reports from the Climate Bonds Initiative.Green Infrastructure Investment Opportunities Australia 2019 (GIIO) identified a pipeline of more than 400 green infrastructure projects and called for a greater range of financing tools to support the transition to a low-carbon economy.
