LSE closes in on Refinitiv bridge loan

The US$13.5bn bridge loan backing the acquisition of REFINITIV by LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE croup is expected to wrap up this week, after a select group of relationship banks were invited to join with commitments of USSlbn. Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley underwrote the bridge loan supporting the US$27bn acquisition.
