Nigerian towers company ihs announced a mandate for a dual-tranche offering, while launching a simultaneous tender. The corporate, rated B2/B+/B+, is eyeing a deal comprising a 5.5-year non-call two and an eight-year non-call three. At the same time it is launching a tender offer on its US$800m 9.50% 2021s at a total payout of 102.875, including early bird. In a note reflecting its B2 rating on the proposed new issue, Moody's said it expects an intercompany shareholder loan to be paid down over time.
