Jp morgan has kept its top spot for investment banking fees in the first six months of this year, although its revenues from underwriting, M&A advisory and syndicated loans fell 18% from a year ago -slightly more than the wider market. JP Morgan brought in US$3.2bn in fees from 2,161 deals through to June 27, according to Refinitiv data. That gave it a 6.8% share of the market, down 16bp from the same stage of 2018.
