CPI PROPERTY added US dollars to its repertoire of funding currencies on Friday, and increased the offering size of its four-year bond by US$50m as it sought to squeeze investors into the allocation process. The real estate company, which owns properties primarily in the Czech Republic and Berlin but in Hungary and Poland too, has been active in multiple currencies over the last six months, raising over US$1.35bn-equivalent in euros, Swiss francs, yen and Hong Kong dollars.
