IT services group s&t is in the market for a €150m Schuldscheindarlehen, taking advantage of favourable market conditions to secure long-term financing for growth. The SSD, which is expected to be completed in April, will increase S&T's cash to around €300m as the company looks to make further acquisitions. S&T provides a range of IT services including data centre operations, workplace management, managed printing, procurement, integration and maintenance of IT products, SAP operation and implementation, and software development services.
