Power infrastructure company new fortress energy has pulled a downsized US$500m term loan after obtaining unfavourable terms from lenders despite having priced the loan, CEO Wesley Robert Edens said during a March 18 conference call. The company was looking to refinance and increase the size of its US$500m existing term loan facility to US$750m but concerns over the company's pro forma leverage led investors to demand some adjustments that the company opted not to accept, a source familiar with the deal said.
